All Mama O's and Harmony Soapworks products are handmade and unique, and no two products are identical.
Ingredient Information

While our products are made with natural, plant-based ingredients and no synthetic detergents, certain ingredients may cause reactions in sensitive individuals. Shelf Life & Storage Instructions
Skincare products other than soap should be used within 6 months of purchase. Soaps stored in a dry, cool place last longest and maintain their quality and scent. Products exposed to moisture, extreme heat, or direct sunlight may degrade faster. Proper storage extends product life and efficacy.
Availability & Discontinuation
Products are offered subject to availability. While we strive to maintain stock, certain items may be unavailable or discontinued without notice. Seasonal products are offered on a limited, rotating basis.

Pricing
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable sales tax (where required) or shipping costs, which will be calculated separately at checkout.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. We review all orders for accuracy and fraud prevention before processing. We reserve the right to:

Billing & Shipping Addresses
You agree that the billing and shipping information you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you. If a shipment is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address you provided, you will be responsible for any additional shipping or reshipment costs.

Shipping Timeframes
We ship orders using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or local carriers. Standard processing and shipping typically takes 5-10 business days from order placement, though timeframes may vary by location and season. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your package is shipped and transferred to the carrier, it becomes the carrier's responsibility. We are not responsible for:
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment
Delays caused by carriers or weather
Packages delivered to incorrect addresses
Packages not received despite successful carrier delivery attempts
Packages damaged due to inadequate packaging by the carrier
We recommend selecting signature confirmation or insurable shipping for high-value orders.
Tracking Information
Shipping confirmations will include tracking information where available. You are responsible for monitoring your order and reporting any issues promptly.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes if packages are redirected internationally.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or refused by the recipient, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Reshipping costs may apply. If we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, we may issue a refund minus original shipping costs after 90 days.

Return Policy Overview
We stand behind the quality of our products. Unopened products can be returned for a full refund if requested within 5 days of receipt of product. Customer pays their own shipping expenses for returns. Opened products are not refundable.
Unopened Product Returns
To qualify for a refund on unopened products:
Product must be unopened and in original, saleable condition
Product must include original packaging and labels
Return request must be initiated within 5 days of receipt
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Opened Products
Opened products are not refundable. This includes products that have been used, partially used, or opened for any reason. Once a product is opened, we cannot accept it back due to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Damaged Products on Arrival
If a product arrives damaged, you must send evidence of the damaged product (photos showing damage and packaging) to harmonysoapworks25@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt. Refunds for damaged products will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will be determined at our sole discretion. We may request additional information or photos to assess the damage.
Adverse Reactions
If you experience an adverse reaction or allergic response to a product, contact us immediately at harmonysoapworks25@gmail.com with a detailed description of the reaction. Refunds or replacements for adverse reactions will be determined on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We may request photos or other details to assess your claim.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 7-10 business days of our receipt and evaluation of returned items or adverse reaction claims
Refunds do not include original shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds may be denied if return conditions are not met
Exchanges
Exchanges of unopened products are available at our discretion. Contact us at harmonysoapworks25@gmail.com within 5 days of product receipt to arrange an exchange. Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
Gift Purchases
If a product was purchased as a gift and the recipient wishes to return it, a refund or exchange will be issued as store credit or refund to the original purchaser's payment method, provided all return conditions are met.

We warrant that products sold are made with quality, natural ingredients and are fit for their intended purpose as described on our website (personal care—soaps for bathing, candles for ambiance and scent, etc.). All products are handcrafted and tested before shipment.

We do not make any medical claims or guarantees regarding our products' ability to treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease, condition, or skin ailment. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition or serious skin concern, consult a dermatologist or healthcare professional before use.
No Other Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Personal Reaction Disclaimer
Everyone's skin is different. While our products are made with natural, gentle ingredients, individual reactions vary significantly. We are not responsible for:

Cap on Total Liability
YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM AGAINST HARMONY SOAPWORKS OR MAMA O'S SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT(S) THAT ARE THE SUBJECT OF YOUR CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
No Liability for Third-Party Services
We are not liable for any losses or damages caused by:

Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or local carriers)

Waiver

Binding Arbitration

Exceptions to Arbitration
Notwithstanding the above section, the following disputes are not subject to binding arbitration and may be brought in court:

Claims seeking injunctive relief to prevent irreparable harm
